Apr 24, 2019This recipe is fantastic! The coating was so crunchy and had a sort of sweet/salty flavor because of the pecans. I used the food processor to fully blend the pecans and pretzels so they would adhere really well. The only thing I would change next time is to cut the cayenne. One tsp of that is A LOT and the heat was a bit too much for the kids. I, on the other hand, loved it!

Didn't get the pretzels crushed up enough so it didn't stay on the chicken. But it had a good flavor!

I accidentally added the cayenne pepper and garlic powder to the crushed pepper mixture. Still was very good!

Much better than I expected. The texture was good and it had a unique flavor. The pepper can be tasted a fair amount more than I expected.
