This is SO-O-O-O easy and tastes great. I followed the recipe exactly (I added some crushed garlic in addition to the powder; and i used hot turkey sausage which i cooked in the microwave first) and it was awesome. I used 4 layers of regular foil. The potatoes were done perfectly as was everything else. I shared the recipe with a number of friends. I did add some Adobo seasoning to the mixture--it is one of my favorite flavorings. For dessert we had sliced apple with powdered cinnamon and some peanut butter. A super meal.

DId in a 350 degree oven for 35 mins. Flavor was good but peppers and potatoes were not done- in fact potatoes were hard.

I don’t know what happened, but everything burned to a crisp when we made these on the grill. Totally inedible. We only cooked it for 30 minutes and it was on medium low heat. Too bad because the few edible pieces we tried were very tasty.

This was very good. Not my favorite kielbasa recipe, but easy to do & the seasoning is very good. I "grill" mine in the oven. Im thinking if I make it on the grill, it may end up being a five.

Whole family enjoyed this, and my teenage son ate two packages! Good summer meal. We cooked for 32 minutes on medium grill and had no trouble with burning.

It is becoming more difficult to find recipes for just one person, but this one was easy to cut down for a nice portion with some leftovers for lunch the next day. I used one large cooked beer brat instead of the kielbasa, just one/half of one green pepper and added some sliced carrots and yellow squash, and a dash of hot sauce. I "grilled" in one packet in the oven (350?) and was thrilled with the results.

This is a tasty and healthy recipe! I agree with others on two things: 1.) it needs seasoned salt, in my opinion. 2.) If you cook it for a full 30 minutes, it will overcook. Check it after 20. I'll be making this again!

This is my family's absolute favorite meal overall. I grill it in spring, summer, fall, and winter. DELICIOUS! In my opinion it is a bit of work but well worth it!! The clean up is pretty much non existant. Just toss the tin foil in the trash when your finished.

I add a couple of ice cubes to each packet to hold moisture. Also sprinkle with seasoning salt. Tastes so yummy and clean-up is a breeze!

We really liked the flavor of this recipe! Since it was pouring down rain, we made ours in the oven. The potatoes took in so much of the flavor. It was really good!
