When you don't have time to make biscuit dough from scratch and cut out the biscuits, you can rely on this four-ingredient recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 1/3 cup mashed potato flakes
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions

In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and potato flakes. In another bowl, whisk the milk and sour cream. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until tops begin to brown. Serve warm. Yield: 1 dozen.
