- 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Fill greased muffin cups half full. Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
Editor's NoteAs a substitute for 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour, place 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup. Combine with an additional 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.

These easy rolls are so good with hard-cooked eggs and baked beans for a very simple supper. YUMMY!!! :) :)

Hey, it doesnt get any easier than this! No excuses now for store-bought rolls. Only 4 ingredients! I'll be making these many times. I had self-rising flour sitting around from another recipe and this is a great way to use it up.

So quick and easy. I substitute sour cream for mayo. Great with soup or warm with jam.
