Whether you've seen it at the beach or on your favorite Instagram account, the Starbucks Pink Drink is still one of the most beautiful beverages. Create your own healthy version of the strawberry refresher at home.

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 2 berry-flavored green tea bags
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, slightly crushed

  1. In a saucepan, cook strawberries over low heat until they start to break apart, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool. Using an immersion blender, puree strawberries. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
  2. Steep tea 5 minutes in boiling water; discard tea bags. Stir in strawberry mixture, coconut milk and simple syrup. Divide mixture between 2 glasses filled with ice. Garnish with freeze-dried strawberries.
