- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup shredded carrot
- 3 medium radishes, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add mayonnaise and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Feb 26, 2019The first time I made this salad, I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was ok, the next time, I decided to add diced pineapples and shredded coconut and it was absolutely delicious. I've been making this salad now for years and all my family and friends love it, its always requested when we have barbecues or any gatherings during the summer. Delicious and very refreshing!

This is a nice change of pace to my normal tart coleslaw. I like to pair this with grilled ham and grilled potatoes and onions. My family loves it!

I made this for a family dinner. Overall, reviews were mixed. My niece and I did not like it at all. Luckily, my parents really liked it and took home all of the leftovers. That worked out good because I hate to waste food and money.
