Pineapple Ham Loaf Recipe

Pineapple Ham Loaf Recipe

I "inherited" this recipe from the family that owned the building where I rented my first apartment. It's one of my favorites and very easy to prepare. It's great for company because you can mix the loaf in advance, then simply pour on the sauce before putting it in the's the sauce that makes it so good!

"I divided this into two loaves and put into a 9x13 pan and added halved sweet potatoes and halved pears on the sides and then put sauce on all. It was such a pretty dish and very tasty. Company loved it. May try onions in ham loaf next time."
