Pineapple-Dijon Ham Sandwiches
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 20 min. Cook: 3 hours
YIELD: 10 servings.
My kids like ham; the challenge is finding new ways to make it. When I slow-cook it with pineapple and Dijon, the juices make an amazing dipping sauce. —Camille Beckstrand, Layton, Utah
