Pimento Cheese
I love pimiento cheese, but I've never made my own—this was a fun challenge! Serve cold on crackers or sandwiches. Drizzle with honey for added flavor; I used hot honey, which was great! —Darla Andrews, Boerne, Texas
Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

2 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Hot chile-infused honey, optional

Place the first 8 ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add cheddar cheese and pimientos. Pulse until combined. If desired, drizzle with honey before serving.
