Reviews forPecan Pie Mini Muffins
"Just made these. The best! They are delicious. They were easy to throw together and didn't stick to the pan. Recipe made exactly 24. Gonna run to get more pecans to make more to give away at church rummage sale!"
"but I never know whether it should be dark or light brown sugar or does it NOT MATTER?"
"These are so good and sooo easy. The brown sugar really shines through. I made regular size muffins and got 8 so will certainly double next time. Mine were a little too "crusty" on the outside (baked for 15 min) so maybe a minute or two less next time. So yummy with my morning eggs!"
"These are seriously delicious muffins, thank you for sharing this recipe with us."
"Delicious! Tastes like pecan pie!"
"One of the best, classic recipes from Reiman Publications. You can count on it as a people pleaser."
