Peanut Butter Milk Shakes Recipe
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
1 cup: 512 calories, 34g fat (12g saturated fat), 50mg cholesterol, 310mg sodium, 41g carbohydrate (31g sugars, 3g fiber), 17g protein.
