Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-40 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into a chilled glass; serve immediately.

      My 3 and 5 year old girls loved it! We did the chocolate syrup instead of the honey. Great snack with lots of protein!

      By far, this is the worst smoothie i've ever had. Tasted horrible & even my 11 year old son who pretty much likes almost anything, couldn't stand this either! YUK!
