Peachy Yogurt Shake Recipe

Here's a unique way to eat fruit for breakfast. My two preschoolers think they're really getting away with something when I serve these "milk shakes".
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:3-4 servings


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup peach-flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup cracked ice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 drops almond extract


  • 1. In a blender container, place all ingredients in the order indicated. Process until smooth. Yield: 3-4 servings

1 cup: 150 calories, 2g fat (1g saturated fat), 9mg cholesterol, 55mg sodium, 29g carbohydrate (27g sugars, 2g fiber), 5g protein.
