Peach Turkey Sandwiches

This is a delicious toasted sandwich with a sweet taste of peach and the zip of the vinegarette. I've made this sandwich for a lot of people and they all love it. Especially my grandchildren. —Donie Langston, Wathena, Kansas

The flavor combinations were awesome in this sandwich. You could taste each one as you took a bite. My husband is not one to like things like this put together, but he loved it. I had some fresh local peaches and they were perfect for the sandwich.
