Peach Smoothies Recipe
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 ice cubes
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
1 cup: 143 calories, 4g fat (3g saturated fat), 17mg cholesterol, 60mg sodium, 23g carbohydrate (21g sugars, 2g fiber), 5g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1/2 milk.

"I thought this recipe was great! Instead of frozen peaches, I used canned peaches because it was the only thing I had on hand. Because of this I had to use a few more ice cubes. I did think it was very bland at first, but I used the peach juice to add more peach taste."
