My husband and I are peach tea fans, but couldn’t find a decaffeinated version. After experimenting, I came up with this lightly carbonated recipe that nicely blends fruit and tea flavors. All ages are sure to enjoy it. —Janice Harrison, Nashville, Tennessee

- 7 cups water
- 6 individual regular or decaffeinated tea bags
- 2 cans (12 ounces each) sparkling peach citrus soda, chilled
- Ice cubes
- Sugar, optional
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Add tea bags; steep, covered, 3-5 minutes according to taste. Discard tea bags. Transfer to a pitcher; refrigerate until cool.
- Just before serving, stir in soda. Serve over ice; stir in sugar if desired. Yield: 8 servings (about 1 cup each).
