Pea Pods and Peppers

- 3/4 pound fresh snow peas
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- In a large skillet, saute the snow peas, red pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper in oil and butter until vegetables are tender.

This was great, we had it over fish and it was really nice and fresh!

At first I was surprised at how few ingredients there were in this recipe, and I was convinced I would need to add something to it. However, it was love at first bite! So easy, so colorful, healthy and impressive! I pair it with simple baked tilapia, or turkey fried rice. I highly recommend this!!!
