- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- Lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional
- Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
