During my two weeks of being sick with the flu, my husband said if I would leave a shopping list and very easy recipes, he would make dinner. I selected this recipe because I love potatoes and hubby needed easy recipes. He made them and I was so surprise, how something so easy could taste so good. This recipe is a keeper.
These are so delicious, you won't even believe it. I've been making them for many years and the hubby always gets a smile on his face when I tell him I'm making them ;-)
Loved the spice/potato but we don't eat butter so I tossed in olive oil with salt/pepper and roasted in the oven on broil. It's also good with diced poblanos or jalepenos for a kick!
