- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400°. Cut each potato into 12 wedges. In a large bowl, combine oil, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning once.

What an easy recipe! I cut the potatoes a bit smaller and cooked them in my air fryer, which worked great. I will definitely be making these again!

Came out oh so tasty! I didn't have paprika so substituted Cajun spice, a little too spicy but easily fixed next time. A quick and easy recipe, will definitely make again as my husband loved them

Fairly disappointing. They were not crispy in the least and the seasoning was just ok, I think they would be better dipped in or sprayed with the olive oil and then the seasonings sprinkled on them.

Love this recipe, I never had much success at making homemade fries before. This recipe is easy and simple. I added Pepper by accident the first time turned out great. I am making them again for the second time. I added Parmesan cheese and dry ranch dressing.

This is now my family's go to recipe for fries. I love thst they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I added season salt to the spices.

I have made this recipe twice and both times they have come out delicious, crispy and the seasoning was perfect! This is definitely a keeper...YUMMO!
