"Wonderful! Because we are trying to cut down on sugar, we used 1 tsp. agave liquid sweetener instead. I also added 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and left out the salt."

"This was very good!! I also did not use the ice cubes or the salt. I thought it tasted like the cream cycles from when I was little. A friend tried it also and loved it. Wonderful!!"

"Since I was looking for a fast and easy breakfast drink, this recipe fit the bill! At first I thought ewwwww soy milk and OJ? Yuck! I'm not really a big fan of real oj, so I got some SunnyD Smooth and plain soymilk, put that in my little mix'n go blender along with a bit of sugar, no salt, and extra vanilla, no ice cubes. It turned out soooo good! Like drinking one of those orange creme icecream bars, absolutely heavenly. easy, fast, tasty with a few tweaks and deletions. Very nice!"

"My daughter and I tried this the other day when she got home from school. She has made it everyday since. We even tried it with chocolate soy milk. We love it. We modified it slightly by omitting the vanilla extract. We found we liked it better without it."

"sounds completely yummy, but I have one question. What is the salt for, is it to bring out the sweetness?"

"Yes, it was good and I don't drink Soy milk either. I find this site quite remarkable with people rating it even though they don't make it. What sense does that make? Be honest and try it then rate it. This is like giving your kid something to eat and them saying they don't like it before they even taste it. Ridiculous. And 2 teaspoons of sugar is little and if it bothers you so much, use artificial sweetner or nothing and just rely on the natural sugar in the orange juice. Good grief, let's stop knocking something when we haven't even tried it. I never rely on the ratings on these recipes on this site because far too many people remark that never even attempted it."

"I didn't make this because I don't drink soy milk. Lol I'm sorry but I had to write something because I see all the bickering going on with the recipes that have too much sugar or fat or whatever."
