"This cookie is pure heaven with a glass of milk," writes Eleanor Henry of Derry, New Hampshire. It has a subtle orange flavor and just a sprinkling of chopped pecans throughout.

Delicious and easy.. I did use a bit more pecans.. somewhere around 2/3 - 3/4 cup. I liked that these were not very sweet. The peel added a nice tartness to the cookie. I think kids might like these best with a powdered sugar and juice glaze.. but for me they were great. I baked about 10 minutes
