Orange Beef Lettuce Wraps

My husband and son went nuts over this recipe!!! Every bit of it was devoured at a single meal. I thought there would be enough for at least 1 leftover lunch, but nope. Hubby doesn't often like the new recipes I try, but he LOVED this one and asked if it was hard to make, he'd like to have it again soon. Made it exactly as the recipe called for, no substitutions. Very good!!
My family has had this recipe several times now and really enjoy it.
This was very delish. I can't have sugar so I used sugar free orange marmalade, and stevia blend sweetener.
I am trying to cut back on carbs, so I came her looking for inspiration. I found this recipe that looked and sounded appealing. I made it as written except that I used white rice instead of brown because it is what I had on hand. I cut the recipe in half because I was making it just for myself and I didn't want to eat leftovers for a week. The taste is really good! I ate 2 of these as wraps as suggested, then I ate the 1 serving as beef and rice bowl without the lettuce, and the final serving was in a bowl minus the rice and lettuce.
