Oil & Vinegar Dipping Sauce Recipe
I came up with this homemade dipping sauce after eating something similar at my favorite Greek resturant. It goes wonderfully with fresh-baked bread and a glass of white wine.
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Sliced French bread baguette
Place garlic in a small bowl; pour oil and vinegar over top. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve with baguette slices.
Yield: 1 cup.
