Nuts and Seeds Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted pumpkin seeds or pepitas
  • 1 cup unblanched almonds
  • 1 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Store in an airtight container.
