No-Cook Cranberry Relish
Total TimePrep: 5 min. + chilling
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 medium orange, peeled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Good recipe...love no cook version...I doubled the recipe adding one peeled cored apple and added extra sugar to taste.

This cranberry relish is a quick, easy citrusy change from some of the traditional cranberry recipes. It adds a bright finish and teams well with poultry, venison or pork. Refreshingly lo-calorie and colorful, my children prefer this to cooked cranberries. We found that sugar substitutes work equally well without affecting the flavor or texture.
