Ingredients: 4 cups chopped napa or Chinese cabbage; 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained; 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained; 1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut into thirds; 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper; 1 green onion, chopped; 1/4 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing; 1/2 cup chow mein noodles

Chow mein noodles and snow peas give a pleasant crunch to this colorful and fresh-tasting salad. It's sure to be popular at parties and potlucks.

Ingredients

4 cups chopped napa or Chinese cabbage
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut into thirds
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing
1/2 cup chow mein noodles

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
