I’ve searched for moist bran muffins and this is it..didn’t fall apart. I used the all bran and soaked in milk as directed.. I made a substitution of brown sugar instead of white. I also added chia seeds and sunflower seeds and a few raisins. Because of the additions I added a slight amount of milk (a couple tablespoons).
Didn't like. The bran buds didn't dissolve in the milk so the muffins had little lumps.
I doubled this recipe and made 8 muffins. I added dried cranberries that I had soaked in boiling water to make them tender and chopped pecans. I also put a little turbinado sugar on top. Other than that, I followed the recipe. The muffins were easy to make and turned out very moist and tender. I will definitely make them again.
