Miso Salad Dressing Tips

What is miso dressing made of?

Miso dressing is a classic homemade dressing that combines miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil and honey, giving it a sweet umami flavor.

What is miso sauce used for?

Traditionally used in Japanese dishes, miso sauce is a fermented paste that's made from soybean, grain, and koji, a yeasty, floral mold that's also found in sake. It can be used in steak dishes or to coat steamed veggies. We especially like it over crispy tofu.
