These are very rich and dense so I serve small portions. I have used the topping on my favorite homemade brownies.

This is a fav in my house! Just made them tonight for the 20th time probably. Andes have been a favorite of mine since I was a child, and these brownies are so easy to make! Whenever a guest has one, they think it was such a hard dessert, little do they know it took just a few minutes besides baking time, to put together

Add 1 cup of chopped thin mint girl scout cookies to the brownie mix. It's great!!!

I have made these for years (with homemade brownies) and always receive many compliments. You can buy Andes Mints already broken in the baking section by the chocolate chips. That would make it easier than unwrapping - thanks for sharing your recipe!

These brownies are rich and delicious. They definitely satisfy a craving for chocolate and mint. Be sure to pour yourself a tall glass of milk to go along with them. I pretty much followed this recipe but added a few touches to it. I first added 1/2 tspn mint extract to the batter. Then instead of sprinkling with a few of the chopped candies I melted them all and dusted with cocoa powder before serving.
