Mini White Pizzas

I make these savory pizzas in advance and freeze them. Then I can bake them whenever I need a quick appetizer or snack. They are so delicious! —Jocelyn Hook, Swoyersville, Pennsylvania

Next time will toast the english muffins first before adding topping. Very good but I prefer bread to be a bit toasty.

These are great for breakfast too when used with a whole wheat muffin.

These are so tasty and yet so simple to prepare and with so few ingredients. We loved them. We were thinking you could just bake up the cheese/mayo mixture and serve as a dip w/cracker as an alternative snack . BTW-I used light mayo and light mozzarella and they still turn out great!
