Marshmallow Fudge Topping


  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
  • Ice cream


  • 1. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallows. Serve warm over ice cream.
