I prepared this ham recently and we loved it. I couldn't find a ham steak so used ham slices which worked out nicely. The marinade is delicious and not overpowering. I cooked it on my George Foreman grill and it was delicious. I highly recommend this recipe. Volunteer Field Editor.

I used orange juice in place of pineapple juice and it was delicious.
