Ingredients
- 2/3 cup ground walnuts
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 1-1/2 cups finely California Walnuts, toasted

This is an excellent recipe. The only change I made was adding a little of the maple extract to the dough (brown sugar, syrup & walnut mixture). I got 18 truffles, not 24. I'll definitely make these again.
