Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 small red onion, halved and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; set aside. In a salad bowl, combine broccoli, onion, raisins and pecans. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Gently stir in oranges. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours before serving.
