  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup canola oil


  • 1. In a blender or food processor, combine the first nine ingredients; cover and process until blended. While processing, add oil in a steady stream. Process until thickened. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.
