Makeover Honey French Dressing
This makeover recipe has half the fat, about 40% fewer calories and a third less sodium. But it will still dress up salads with gusto.—Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Greendale, Wisconsin

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup apricot nectar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- In a blender or food processor, combine the first nine ingredients; cover and process until blended. While processing, add oil in a steady stream. Process until thickened. Store in the refrigerator.
