Fixed this for company that was spending the weekend with us. It was awful! Maybe the hamburger buns we get are larger than others (Orowheat) but it was just too much bun and not enough of everything else. Will go back to the regular recipe from now on.
Absolutely delicious! My family and I found this to be a warm and comforting dish for breakfast. The dollops of cream cheese throughout the dish made this pleasantly rich and creamy. I made this with no modifications and will definitely make it again. The blueberry sauce was perhaps slightly too sweet, so I may reduce the amount of sugar next time and/or use a sugar substitute to reduce calories as well. Kudos!
My husband and I love this recipe! Definitely making it again soon.
One of our favorite breakfast recipes now! Easy and so yummy!
I found this to be rather bland apart from the sauce. I also didn't like the texture of the base; it seemed like just what it was made from -- dense hamburger buns. It may have needed less bread or more liquid. There are other similar recipes, so I wouldn't even try to adjust this one.
