  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 can (20 ounces) reduced-sugar cherry pie filling


  1. In a bowl, beat yogurt and sugar. Add egg whites; mix well. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into yogurt mixture. Pour into a 13x9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Spoon cherry filling on top. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
