Lime Sherbet Slush

  • 1 pint lime sherbet
  • 1-1/2 cups diet lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 3/4 cup limade concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 14 ice cubes


  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

    Had to try this for the green color. Loved it. Very light and refreshing. Would be wonderful on a hot summer day.
