Lettuce with Buttermilk Dressing for 2

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups torn leaf lettuce


  • In a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk, sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar until blended. Serve over lettuce.
