Reviews forKielbasa Chili
"I did what the other reviewers suggested. I sauteed the onions and garlice with the sausage. This dish is so delicious. My family loved it and so did I. Thank you for sharing the recipe."
"I made this using the suggestions of many of the other reviewers. I sauteed the sausage with chopped onions and minced garlic. I substituted one of the cans of diced tomatoes with a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles. I added a can of black beans which I'm glad I did because the one can of chili beans wasn't enough for my liking. I also omitted the sliced black olives. I simmered on low for 1 hour. My husband and I both liked it."
"A nice recipe, for sure. Kielbasa and Polish Sausage are not only delicious, but also very versatile -no matter how you prepare them. Slice 'em, sautee 'em, and add whatever you like into the pan w/them. Whatever you come up with will always be delicious!"
"easy, makes a ton and the kids love it"
"It was easy and delicious. I had all the ingredients in my pantry except the olives. I don't think leaving them out affected the taste that much. I will definitely make it again."
"I am always looking for a new kielbasa recipe so I was pleased to find this one. I took the suggestion of one of the writers and sauteed the sausage with onions and garlic. instead of the two cans of tomatoes I also used one can of Rotel. I simmered on low for a couple of hours. I added the corn and olives after simmering. I also added about a teaspoon of corn starch to slightly thicken the sauce. I let it set in the fridge overnight to enhance the flavors. The next day it was delicious. I look forward to finding more new interesting recipes."
