- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 chicken breast halves (bone in)
- In a blender, combine syrup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic; process for 30 seconds. Reserve 1/3 cup for basting; cover. Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or glass 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cover or close bag and refrigerate overnight. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over medium-low coals for 40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning and basting with reserved marinade during the last 10 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
