Italian Sirloin Beef Sandwiches
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 20 min. Cook: 6 hours
YIELD: 8 servings.
After a hectic day, our family loves coming home to the inviting smell of Italian beef wafting from our slow cooker. The broth makes a perfect au jus. —Keith Sadler, Oran, Missouri
