I almost didn't make these for an appetizer as I thought they seemed "too simple". I'm so glad I did. They are absolutely delicious; everyone loved them.

These were so easy to make and tasted great! I had to keep telling people that they were sun-dried tomatoes and not hot peppers on top, but once they tried them they liked them. I will definitely be making these again!

These are easy to make, but very delicious! I made them for a potluck, a bon voyage party, and tonight I'm making them again for a cheese and wine party. They are always enjoyed and disappear quick!
