Italian Meat Stromboli

As a mother of two, it seems the only time I have in my day for creativity is in the kitchen. I received a similar recipe from a co-worker but decided to add veggies and spices to give it my own spin. —Denise Tutton, Ridgway, PA

This was delicious! I used mozzarella for the brick cheese and substituted salami for the pepperoni. I didn't seal the seam well enough so some sauce and cheese creeped out.

Family loved it. I used pepper jack for the brick cheese and shredded it. Also added 1/2 lb. of crumbled cooked sausage.
