- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3-1/2 quarts popped popcorn
- Whole almonds, golden raisins and sweetened shredded coconut, optional
- Salt to taste
- In a small saucepan, melt butter with curry powder and sugar, stirring to blend. Drizzle over popcorn and toss.
- If desired, stir in almonds, raisins and coconut. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Store in airtight containers. Yield: about 3-1/2 quarts.

"Definitely an unique recipe. While I do like curry, I'm not a huge fan so I didn't put in the full amount. It was a nice twist on one of my favorite snacks."
