Hot Chocolate Mix
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash salt
- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup hot milk
- 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. To use, add 2 tablespoons mix to 3/4 cup hot milk.
2 tablespoons: 154 calories, 7g fat (4g saturated fat), 25mg cholesterol, 102mg sodium, 17g carbohydrate (14g sugars, 1g fiber), 7g protein.

this turned out really nice, not very chocolatey, especially after all the chocolate I grated. It has a nutty taste to it but it was good. If you love your Hot cocoa very chocolatey I would grate milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
