Honeyed Cranberry Waldorf Salad
Total TimePrep: 15 min. + chilling
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 celery rib, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- In a small bowl, combine the apple, cranberries and celery. Combine mayonnaise and honey; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until serving.

Great use of basics we should have on hand! ( I do,and I love the suggestions of golden raisins and nuts)Yum!

It is very good. I added pecans or walnuts (what ever I had on hand) and golden raisins.

Adding Pecans makes it more crunch, better health, and all around more fun to eat
