- 1 package (12 ounces) broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, almonds and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
